Two people with outstanding warrants are under arrest following a road rage incident in Sebastopol. Angelina Lynne Castro of Santa Rosa and Donshay Jose Dean of Vallejo have been booked into Sonoma County Jail after allegedly driving the wrong way down Main Street while engaging in some kind of road rage incident Monday. Castro was arrested on three active warrants, and Dean – who is on parole – was arrested for one warrant and evading police.
