Hillary Clinton will be at the Capitol today when Donald Trump takes the oath of office as the nation’s 45th President. The Democratic nominee who got nearly three-million more popular votes than the Republican who defeated her in the Electoral College said weeks ago she and former President Bill Clinton would attend Trump’s inauguration. Former President George W. Bush, who did not support Trump and reportedly did not vote for him, also will attend with his wife, Laura.
