The biggest Chinese New Year celebration outside Asia returns to San Francisco this weekend. The annual Chinese New Year parade is set for Saturday evening, as the City ushers in the Year of the Rooster. The parade dates back to the 1860s and has been named one of the top ten parades in the world. Beginning at 5:15 tomorrow evening, more than 100 groups will march in the parade.
