The Rare and Endangered Species Preservation Program and the California Sea Otter fund are accepting voluntary contributions. You can enter any dollar amount you want on line 403 for endangered species and on line 410 for southern sea otters. The past five years of drought have put endangered species at even greater risk as habitats dry up.
