Rain Set For First Week of Spring

Rain and cooler temperatures are on tap for the first week of spring.  The National Weather Service says a storm system passing over the Bay Area and the North Bay today and tomorrow will bring light rain and below-average temps.  Forecasters say another, stronger system is expected to hit on Thursday or Friday and will bring heavy rain, gusty winds and possibly even hail.  Highs will be in the mid 60s today and fall into the low 60s by mid-week.
