Windsor has joined the anti-smoking fray: the town council has voted to ban smoking tobacco or pot in apartments, condos, multi-family dwellings and in senior care facilities. Other than Cloverdale, every other city in Sonoma County has voted yes on some form of an anti-smoking ordinance. The dangers of second-hand smoke is the culprit.
