A great success for Dogwood Animal Rescue last night, as we “Celebrated Martha” at the Graton Resort and Casino. Hundreds showed up to support pet rescue in Sonoma County and to visit with the 125-pound mastiff who won the Ugly Dog contest at the Sonoma-Marin Fair. Ugly is the new beautiful for Martha, who was present at the event to pose for photos with the crowd.
Over 10-thousand dollars was raised to support Dogwood’s efforts to rescue cats and dogs and find loving homes for them. Thanks for your efforts. Check out the photos (including the incredible Martha cake)!
