Sonoma County library branches are offering do-it-yourself tool kits for home energy and water conservation. People who check out the kits free of charge for up to three weeks can use their contents to make minor home improvements to become more energy and water efficient.  Card holders can check out the kits at branches in central Santa Rosa, Sebastopol and Guerneville as part of a pilot program in partnership with the library system and Sonoma Clean Power.
