A judge is ordering Santa Rosa to clean up the only property in the city destroyed by wildfires whose owner has done nothing. The city received an abatement order for a property on Raycrest Court in the Fountaingrove neighborhood that according to court documents is owned by Hye Ok Kim. He is reportedly the only property owner who did not apply for either of two programs available to people seeking to clean up their properties – and signing deadlines have passed for both. Meanwhile, FEMA officials have said they’ll continue to allow properties into their program despite the passage of the deadline on a case-by-case basis.
