A Santa Rosa couple is under arrest after a year-long investigation by SRPD. Jose Ibarra and Reveriana Torres-Cruz are in custody on several charges: Detectives went to the couple’s house on Old Redwood Highway and found 3 pounds of meth, 80-thousand dollars in cash and a loaded handgun: all of those items were located in the bedroom of the couple’s children’s. The kids are 2, 7 and 9 years old.
