A big rig jackknifed on eastbound Highway 12 around 10:40 this morning causing a major traffic delay in both directions of Highway 12. Multiple vehicles are speeding and causing near traffic collisions with other vehicles and pedestrians in the area. Traffic lights in the area of Highway 12 and Oakmont Drive are currently inoperable due to the power pole damage.
CHP is advising that they currently have an ETA of 2pm for all vehicles and power lines to be removed from the roadway.
