A woman, who declined to give her name, cries after placing flowers at a sign at the Veterans Home of California, the morning after a hostage situation in Yountville, Calif., on Saturday, March 10, 2018. A daylong siege at The Pathway Home ended Friday evening with the discovery of four bodies, including the gunman, identified as Albert Wong, a former Army rifleman who served a year in Afghanistan in 2011-2012. The three victims of a shooting at a Yountville veterans facility earlier this month will be remembered during a celebration of life tonight at the Performing Arts Center at Lincoln Theater on the grounds of the Veterans Home of California. Jennifer Gray Golick, Christine Loeber, and Jennifer Gonzales Shushereba were shot and killed March 9th by Army veteran Albert Wong before he turned the gun on himself. Theater doors will open at 4:30 p.m. with seating on a first-come, first-served basis.

Taste of Yountville hosted a two-day food, wine, and music event to raise money for the victim’s families over the weekend that also included a silent auction of donated wines from local wineries.
