The Sonoma Valley Hanna Boys Center is going to continue operating under a probationary agreement with the state. State officials yesterday announced proceedings to revoke the facility’s license over recent sex abuse scandals will come to an end. The new three-year agreement includes a number of requirements to increase the safety and security of the at-risk boys housed at the residential center in Sonoma. The center, which opened in 1945, will have the right to apply for full return of its license during the probationary agreement.
