EARLIER TODAY: The Sebastopol Police Department has closed westbound Highway 12 at Llano Road and eastbound Highway 12 at Morris Street due to a commercial structure fire, just outside of the city. They are asking that you avoid the area until emergency crews have completed their public safety work.
