A system-wide communications failure is being blamed for problems at Sutter Health facilities across the state. The “Network outage” began late Monday night and continued yesterday and affected all 24 hospitals in the system, including Sutter Santa Rosa Regional Hospital. The cause of the failure was linked to the activation of the fire suppression system in Sutter’s data information center in Sacramento.
