Hanna Boys Center Whistleblower Wins Wrongful Termination Case

He worked for the Hanna Boys Center for 31 years before he was fired in 2016. Now, Tim Norman, the clinical director there, has won a wrongful termination suit against the center. Norman was a whistleblower: he spoke up about drug use, bullying and other offenses involving the staff and their young charges. A jury in Sonoma County awarded him 1.1 million dollars for the termination. The Hanna Boys Center is now under a 3-year probationary period after sexual misconduct was uncovered there.
