Cal Fire investigators are saying the County fire was caused by an “improperly installed electric livestock fence unit.” Officials said yesterday the person responsible for the fence was cited. The blaze burning in Yolo and Napa counties stands at nearly 90-thousand-300 acres burned and about 86 percent containment. Twenty structures have been destroyed, three more were damaged, and no serious injuries have been reported.
