A Napa woman is facing six months in jail and four years of probation after pleading no contest to setting a series of fires near Lake Berryessa between 2015 and 2017. Sixty-year-old Debra Ann Windholz entered a no contest plea to the arson charges Thursday. Windholz was arrested last December and charged with setting eleven fires along Berryessa Knoxville Road, but officials say the fires are not related to the Tubbs, Patrick, or Atlas fires that roared through Napa and Sonoma counties last October. In addition to her jail sentence and probation, Windholz will be required to register as an arson offender.
