INTERVIEW: The “One Cold Night” Fundraiser Will Spotlight Homeless Youth in Our Community

Social Advocates for Youth‘s fall fundraiser, One Cold Night, is a county-wide movement of individuals, known as Sleepers, who accept the challenge to sleep outside for one night so that homeless and at-risk youth don’t have to.

Member Amy Windsor joins Pat to describe the purpose of the event this Friday at locations across Sonoma County, how many young people are homeless in the North Bay, the fundraising and where how the money will be used, the documentation the participants will be participating in to share how it feels to live on the street, and what moved her to join in on this event:
