The issue of the old Sutter Hospital Campus on Chanate Road is again being discussed by the Sonoma County Board of Supervisors.

The Board will discuss the future of the 82-acre property in today’s meeting, including possible sales of the tract. Among the possibilities, the board will consider issuing requests for proposals from developers for the sale of the Chanate Road property in either it’s entirety or separate pieces. The site was previously agreed to be sold to developer Bill Gallaher but a lawsuit by neighbors stopped that sale as a judge ruled that the county didn’t perform an environmental review of the property.
