The historic Flamingo Hotel in Santa Rosa is set to undergo a 20-million dollar renovation. The new owners of the over 60-year-old, 170-room hotel plan to bring nightlife back by upgrading the pool, restaurant and nightclub. They also plan to increase the number of special events booked at the facility where Hollywood stars were often spotted in the past. The renovations are set to get underway in early 2020, with construction completed by summertime.
