A new low-cost veterinary clinic opens today at the Humane Society in Santa Rosa. Dr. Ada Noriss says the clinic will cover a variety of health issues for pets:
It’s for low-income residents who couldn’t otherwise afford treatment for their animals. One of the things the clinic will help avoid: owners turning their animals into the shelters because they can’t afford treatment. The clinic will be open Mondays only for the time being
