According the Press Democrat’s monthly housing report, the median home price in the month of February dropped 10 percent from the same month last year to 620 thousand dollars. Home sales also dropped 15 percent with 227 single family homes sold in February 2019 compared to 267 sold in February 2018. This continues the downward trend of median home prices dipping since their peak of 700 thousand dollars last June.
