A man is under arrest on suspicion of manslaughter after a deadly crash on southbound U.S. Highway 101 in unincorporated Sonoma County. It was reported last night around 11 o’clock on the freeway just south of River Road and just north of the Santa Rosa city limit. The victim died on scene and no other details were immediately available.
