New Vacation Rentals Halted in Santa Rosa

New vacation rentals are on hold in Santa Rosa. The city council has decided to cap short-term rentals where the owner does not live on the property — known as non-hosted rentals — to 198 citywide. They also approved the suspension of new applications until new permanent rules have been adopted. Hosted rentals where the owners live on the property will not be affected. The are 193 legally operating rentals in Santa Rosa at this time
