2-3 lbs. beef sirloin steak
1/2 cup diced yellow onion
1 clove garlic
1/4 cup chili powder
1 tblsp worcestershire sauce
1 bottle good beer (like Anchor Steam)
salt and pepper to taste
1. Trim the sirloin steak of all fat and connective tissue.
2. In a large bowl, combine the remaining ingredients with the sirloin steak. Let marinate for at least 1 hour.
3. Grill over medium hot coals for 7 to 10 minutes per side or until they reach the desired degree of doneness. Serve hot with salsa verde or pico de gallo salsa. Serves 4 to 6.
