Herb oil

The same method with mint, basil or parsley

1 cup picked herb
¼ cup salad oil

Blanch the herbs in boiling water for 20 – 30 seconds
Plunge in ice water
Squeeze out all the water you can
Rough chop
Put in a blender on high with oil for 2-3 min.
