Quick Kimchee

Quick Kimchee

Serves 10

1 Red cabbage, shredded
1 Green cabbage shredded
½ Red onion, sliced thin
½ Cup Chopped ginger
2 T Chili paste
¼ Cup Salt
2 Teaspoons Fish sauce
1 Bunch Cilantro, rough chop
2 Limes, juice
1 Teaspoon Chopped garlic
Mix all ingredients, and massage with hands for three minutes. Wrap in a plastic bag for twenty minutes at room temperature. Refrigerate and serve when chilled.
