Clover Stornetta! The News and Talk of Sonoma County is proud to bring you this exciting show filled with delicious food, guest chefs, wine makers, food producers, and practical tips for creating fantastic meals. Josh broadcasts Cooking In Sonoma live from the beautiful Ginger Grille Demo Kitchen at G&G Supermarket on College Avenue in Santa Rosa on the first Saturday of each month.

Josh Silvers is the Chef and Co-Owner with his wife, Regina, of Three Squares Cafe, and Jackson's Bar and Oven. Guided by a passion for food and a long-standing family tradition, Chef Silvers combines classical training with an unorthodox style and an abundance of influences found in the Bay Area. Josh opened Jackson's Bar and Oven in 2009 just a block away from Three Squares Cafe. Jackson's Bar and Oven focuses on everyday food like pizza, chili, and hot dogs, but with a chef's touch. The restaurant is named for Josh's son Jackson, and as Josh jokes, every 5 year old needs a bar named after him.
Josh Silvers is also the co-author of Down Home : Downtown, with chef Jeff Mall of Zin Restaurant & Wine Bar. The cookbook is about the two sides of Sonoma County, California cuisine; the down home version and the downtown one. It was created to showcase the county's bounty through recipes that include the county's vast selection of ingredients, images of the landscape's beauty and wine country flair, all from the juxtaposed perspectives of two local chefs.
