Republicans who are celebrating major wins in a the off-year election are hoping to ride the anti-Obama political wave all the way to blue California. One woman is banking on it. GOP moderate Carly Fiorina entered the 2010 Senate race Wednesday. But critics are asking whether a failed CEO who has a checkered voting record can prevail in a statewide election.
