Deep Sea Discoveries

The creatures living in the depths of the ocean are as weird as the creations in a Doctor Seuss book. From a translucent giant octopus and a fish bearing barbed fangs to primitive "dumbos" that flap ear-like fins. According to a new report, 17,650 species were discovered in the abyss where sunlight ceases.
Guest: Oceanographer Robert Carney from Louisiana State University, who co-leads a study of the ocean depths.
