It’s not all about Hillary and Donald. It’s about Lynda Hopkins and Noreen Evans and dozens of other local candidates and races. And don’t forget the Propositions!

Issues that California electors will vote on in November 2016 include: marijuan legalization, gun control, healthcare and drug prices, condoms in porn, plastic bags, repealing or altering the death penalty, tobacco taxes and more. Sonoma County voters go to the polls today.. if you haven’t already voted… so what’s on your mind?

The polls are open from seven o’clock this morning until eight tonight at 16 polling places in the Sonoma Valley. If you’ve chosen to vote by mail but have not yet done so, your ballot must be delivered by eight o’clock to the Sonoma County Registrar of Voters on 435 Fiscal Drive in Santa Rosa, or you can drop it off at any polling place. Officials remind voters not to wear campaign shirts, hats, buttons, or stickers to polling places, and you don’t need a government ID unless it’s the first time you’ve ever voted. Stay tuned to KSRO 1350 for election returns on the Drive with Steve Jaxon.
