Speaking outside Trump Tower in Manhattan today, Conway said Trump is vetting potential candidates for cabinet positions and other appointments. She says she thinks the Trump transition team is where they should be with their progress when compared with previous administrations. Conway said that Vice President-elect Mike Pence is working well as head of the transition team.
