A popular restaurant in downtown Santa Rosa is shutting its doors. Flavor Bistro is closed after a dozen years in business. “The Press Democrat” says it’s the second restaurant to bail out since the reunification project launched. Seed to Leaf in Courthouse Square shut down in May.
