The storm expected to hit the North Bay today could cause some localized flooding. Heavy rain expected through-out the day before it moves on to the central and south bay area. From two to four inches of rain and winds gusting to 45-miles per hour in Sonoma County should make for a challenging drive to work…and the drive home as well.
