Officials are revealing that an Allegiant Air flight bound for Santa Rosa ended up diverting to Stockton. An airline spokesperson said yesterday that Sunday’s flight from Las Vegas was diverted to Stockton “due to weather.” Some residents in a neighborhood in southwest Windsor said the plane came in “really low” and rattled some homes south of Windsor High School.
