Santa Rosa Police are looking for your help with what they call a “suspicious incident.” A witness says that on February 15th, on Fulton Road near Hall Road, says there was a car driving with a broken out back window and a woman who appeared to be in distress and screaming for help. Police looked for that vehicle but couldn’t find it that night. Witness says it was a small vehicle, possibly a hatchback: the woman was described as in her mid-30’s with long blonde hair. Anyone with information is asked to call SRPD.
