PG&E Rates Increasing Another Two-Point-One Percent

Just in time for freezing morning temperatures: PG&E rates are going up again.  A two-point-one percent rate hike will show up in March bills.  This comes on top of  a 21-percent bump in residential rates from December of 2015 through December of last year.  PG&E says the bigger rate increase paid for safety and reliability infrastructure projects, while the latest rate hike is for electric transmission.
