More and More People are Moving Out of California

Over the last decade or so, more people are moving out of California than have been moving in, and one public policy expert has a very simple explanation why. Senior Fellow with the Public Policy Institute of California Hans Johnson says it’s no surprise why more people are leaving the state – they simply can’t afford to stay. Where are they going? The majority of them are moving to Texas.
