The first threat at Rancho Cotate High was a phone call on February 27th: a distorted voice saying that a bomb would go off the next morning on campus. Press Democrat reports the second one, an email, was sent to Rancho Cotate staff members Wednesday, saying “bombs or other forms of violence” would happen at the school. That message forced the evacuation of the school Wednesday. Rohnert Park Police and the FBI have not identified a suspect as of this morning.
