Santa Rosa City Councilman Chris Rogers says the city is joining a lawsuit with other California cities against President Trump. Rogers told the Drive that it’s an effort to test Trump’s assertion that he’ll withold federal money from cities and states that declare themselves “sanctuaries” for illegal immigrants. Santa Rosa calls theirs and “Indivisble City Resolution.”
