Police are looking for the driver of a car that crashed into a flood control channel in Santa Rosa. Emergency crews responded around 9:30 last night to the area of Colgan and Baker avenues and found one person in the car, and early reports said the driver fled the scene. Firefighters used ladders to help the passenger out of the channel. No additional details were immediately available.
