County officials are looking for volunteers to help rid a Santa Rosa park of an invasive bush. Volunteers are needed for a Saturday restoration project aimed at ridding Spring Lake Regional Park of the non-native French broom. Volunteers are asked to meet at 9:00 in the morning near the swimming lagoon via the park’s Violetti Road entrance. The parking fee will be waived, and gloves, tools, drinks and snacks will all be provided.
