A Napa man is under arrest on suspicion of kidnapping and sexually assaulting a 13-year-old girl. Timothy Lee Marble was taken into custody around 5:30 yesterday morning on Highway One and South Harbour Way in Bodega Bay. Deputies arrived at the scene after Marble called 911 to report that his companion jumped out of his moving truck. While deputies were talking to Marble, the girl came out of the bushes and told them Marble had raped her multiple times over a two-day period. Police says Marble has a long rap sheet from drug offenses to domestic violence but no sex crimes.
