Three Santa Rosa-based contractors are facing fraud charges in connection with an 800-thousand dollar scheme. Tony Goodwin of Forestville and Anthony Joseph Irvin and Samuel Williams, both of Santa Rosa, are accused of taking advantage of at least ten victims in a home repair scheme that took place between 2015 and early 2016. State regulators and the Sonoma County District Attorney’s Office have brought more than 50 charges against the three men, and each faces potential prison terms if convicted.
