A Santa Rosa man is in jail after he allegedly showed up angry at a community self-help center on 4th Street and caused a big disturbance. Witnesses reported that 63-year old Randy Sims was breaking windows and threatening to shoot someone sitting in the outdoor area of the center. SRPD searched for him and temporarily locked down Santa Rosa Middle School. Sims was located downtown and booked for felony vandalism.
