Sonoma County libraries are again open on Mondays for the first time in six years.  Thanks to the passage of Measure Y, every branch except three will now be open from ten o’clock to nine o’clock.  Roseland will be open from 10:00 to 2:00, Occidental from noon to 5:00, and Forestville from 3:00 to 6:30, while the Petaluma History Room remains closed. The Central Santa Rosa Library is the only one of the 17 branches still open on Sundays.
