A group home for troubled North Bay teens is closing its doors. The “Press Democrat” says R House has been in operation for 45 years and is being forced to shut down after suffering 250-thousand dollars in losses due to new state requirements. The R House is the only group home for foster kids that struggle with mental illness and drug addictions.
