The state’s earthquake warning system is getting over ten-million dollars from the federal government, but Democratic Congressman Adam Schiff says it’ll take a lot more than that to complete the project. Schiff estimates the total cost of the system will be over 38-million dollars, and he hopes the system will be built within the next couple of years.
