Cinco de Mayo revelers won’t be the only ones out in force tonight: Santa Rosa Police will have the department’s DUI Enforcement team deployed to watch the streets and man Sobriety Checkpoints. They’ll be looking for drivers impaired by alcohol or drugs between 5pm tonight and 3am tomorrow morning.
Triple-A of Northern California is offering a way home for people who celebrate a little too hard.  The travel agency’s Tipsy Tow program is free and open to anyone, not just Triple-A members.  Anyone who feels they’ve had too much to drink can call Triple-A between 6 p.m. today and 6 a.m. Saturday and a tow-truck will take the car and owner home.  Just give your name, phone number, and where you are.
